12? Really?!
Yep. We have 12 children. That is often the topic of discussion when first meeting new people. We love it and are very blessed to be able to have such a large family and wonderful children.
With such a large family, creatively handling our finances has been a necessity. I understand what it’s like to budget and manage finances in most every stage of life. From newlyweds when there were only two of us to a family of 14 with 4 growing teenage boys and everything in between. 🙂
Getting started
I have always loved numbers, budgeting, and finance but when I stumbled upon a bookkeeping job everything changed for me. 10 years and many businesses later I am still as excited as I was then to help individuals and businesses with bookkeeping and financial education.
Helping startups get started out right is a passion of mine. Having started multiple businesses , some successfully and some not so successfully, I know how important it is to start things out right.
We are all good at something
We are all good at something and numbers are one of my somethings. The best part is I absolutely love it. I love working with numbers and formulas and seeing how it all fits together and tells a story.
Getting to work with numbers and help others is the most exciting and rewarding thing I have ever done. Finances are part of everyday life and helping others create and obtain goals that propel them toward their financial dreams is a dream come true for me.
